Kündig und Fierz AG manages properties and develops innovative products, at the moment for its own needs. In cooperation with the end customer, a property-specific solution was developed.

area of application
The temporary solution "heating container" enabled the immediate decommissioning and dismantling of the oil heating system. During the building renovation, it took over the processing of the building heat. In addition to its own offices, the Sagi commercial building in Ossingen also houses a flower store with coffee, a hairdresser's store and now a dance school.

HEATING ROOM
A 20-foot container was converted into a mobile heating center. The container houses the pellet store with 18 m³ of storage space. The mole transports the pellets via suction system to the space-saving pellet furnace, the Re² with 25 kW.

SPECIAL
The mobile heating system will continue to be used in Glattfelden after its deployment in Ossingen. As before, it will heat the building during the renovation phase.
