CUSTOMER
Raschle Holzbau AG, based in Kreuzlingen, is a long-established timber construction company specializing in high-quality carpentry, joinery, and interior finishing for buildings. Combining
many years of experience with modern technology, the company realizes customized and sustainable construction projects for its customers.

APPLICATION
The UTSD 240/200 wood chip heating system supplies heat to the workshop, warehouse and office building of Raschle Holzbau AG. All wood residues and shavings produced during production cover the fuel consumption and thus ensure the environmentally friendly operation of the plant.

BOILER ROOM
A silo was built specifically for the boiler room. The wood residues and shavings are fed into the fuel silo via a suction system and a chipper.

FUEL
Wood chips and shavings from our own production.

SPECIAL
Thanks to the positioning of the e-clean particle filter in the hot zone, filter availability of more than 90% can be guaranteed at all times. This reduces fine dust particles to a minimum.
