CUSTOMER
Nyfeler Holzwaren AG specializes in the series production of high-precision wooden products. The toys they produce are exported worldwide. 98% of the necessary work steps are carried out in-house.

AREA OF APPLICATION
The UTSD 240 furnace heats a three-generation house with an outdoor pool, the old and new workshop and the drying chamber. Wood residues and shavings from production are sufficient to operate the heating system all year round. Some briquettes can also be sold as fuel.

HEATING ROOM
An extension was added to the existing workshop. This created space for a briquette silo with moving floor discharge and a boiler room in which the UTSD boiler and three 2852-liter storage tanks with distribution were housed.

SPECIAL FEATURES
A special crusher screw is used to discharge the briquettes. The e-clean electrostatic fine dust separator is installed on the UTSD.
