In a heating room there is a wood chip heating system of the product type UTSD including the heating distribution, the boiler and two storage tanks from Schmid.

PLANT
The chips and residual wood produced daily are used directly for heat generation at Jung Holzbau. Optimal and clean combustion is ensured by the UTSD with an output of 60 kW.

area of application
Heat generation and hot water heating for the workrooms of Jung Holzbau, the workshop of the adjacent car garage and the neighboring single-family house.

HEATING ROOM
An exhaust system is used to transport the wood chips from the working machines to the high silo. Also in the silo, directly under the fuel store, is the boiler room with the UTSD, the heating distribution, the boiler and two 1'500 l storage tanks. From the silo, the chips are conveyed by a milling screw via a downpipe to the stocker channel and finally to the boiler.

SPECIAL
The unit complies with the Clean Air Ordinance and can be operated without a filter due to its performance.
