SYSTEM
The gas heating system was replaced with modern, environmentally friendly heat pumps due to its age. In addition, a new boiler and a photovoltaic system were installed, so that as much energy as possible is used from the building’s own production. This combination was supported by the state with combined subsidies.

APPLICATION
The building covers 430 m2 and has three spacious, modernized apartments (mix of underfloor heating and radiators). There is commercial space with two rooms on the ground floor. Two heating circuits supply the complex with cozy warmth.

SPECIAL
The construction measures were coordinated at the outset with the installer and the Schmid company. This provided valuable input that was very helpful during implementation.
